Everything has been fine until now so im confused why this has happened. 2018 Focus ST3. I have changed the alloys to the forged RS ones, this was 6 months ago and its been driven alot since tyre fitment.

So Ford apparently replaced the sensor under warranty today (wasn't damaged) but within ten minutes of leaving the tyre Sensors not detected message remains with ESP light still flickering on and off around corners and done about 500miles on new tyres now. Already reset it but becoming real pain in the proverbial.

Got back. Tyres were low. Pumped up, reset the sensors and it cleared. Then went out later in the day and a few miles in it came up again saying sensor not detected. I'm hoping I haven't got faulty valves as I had the wheels powder coated black before delivery. If it happens to me again it's going dealers too.
